Lemon Muffins

Today we made some yummy lemon muffins using a special recipe from Mrs Moorhouse's nana.  We had to read and follow the recipe, we doubled the recipe so we had twice as many muffins!  We measured, mixed and then baked the muffins - but the best part was eating them!  We have taken home a copy of the recipe so we can bake some muffins in the holidays 😄
